intotheswing è un'associazione no profit e popolare attraverso la quale proviamo a portare avanti pratiche democratiche, inclusive e sostenibili.
l'obiettivo principale è innanzitutto la diffusione di una cultura prima ancora dei passi, del movimento e, più in generale, del ballo in quanto tale. vogliamo provare a creare opportunità in cui le/i più giovan3 possano trovare uno spazio in cui esprimersi liberamente, avendo anche possibilità di confronto, senza doversi necessariamente spostare da casa propria.
la community si autofinanzia attraverso i solo contributi dei/delle partecipant3 alle attività co-organizzate e non utilizza nessun fondo pubblico o privato.
abbiamo la fortuna di poter contare anche sul forte supporto di tuttɜ i/le nostrə amichɜ che rendono possibile tutto questo e proviamo a ricambiare il loro amore facendo sì che chi viene a conoscere la città possa farlo attraverso gli occhi di chi la vive quotidianamente, vivendo così un’esperienza (di disagio) autentica.
non crediamo nella distinzione tra chi partecipa:
una community è composta da tutt3 coloro che la animano, basandosi su rispetto e cura reciproca.
non tolleriamo sessismo, razzismo, omofobia, transfobia né qualsiasi forma di molestia o comportamento tossico.
crediamo che tutt3 insieme possiamo attivarci per la costruzione di spazi che possano essere considerati safe.

intotheswing is a non-profit, grassroots association through which we strive to promote democratic, inclusive and sustainable practices.
the main goal is, first and foremost, to spread a culture that goes beyond steps, movement and dance itself. we want to create opportunities where younger people can find a space to freely express themselves and exchange ideas with others, without necessarily having to leave their hometown.
the community is self-funded solely through the contributions of the people who take part in the activities we co-organise and we do not rely on any public or private funding.
we are also lucky to have the strong support of all our friends who help make this possible. We try to give that love back by making it possible for those who come to discover our city to experience it through the eyes of the people who live it every day and, in doing so, have an authentic (disagio) experience.
we do not believe in distinctions between those who participate:
a community is made up of everyone who contributes to making it what it is and is built on mutual respect and care.
we have zero tolerance for sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of harassment or toxic behaviour.
we believe that, together, we can actively contribute to creating spaces that can be considered safe.
